Delivery & Returns

We keep it simple.

• UK delivery only
• Standard Delivery (3–5 working days): £3.99
• Free Delivery: Automatically applied on all UK orders over £25
• Shipped with Royal Mail — though depending on what’s in your order, we may use another trusted courier
• Order before 2pm (Monday–Friday) and we’ll ship it the same day. Orders after 2pm go out the next working day

You’ll get a dispatch email with tracking details once your order’s on its way.

Returns

Changed your mind? No problem.

You’ve got 14 days from the day you receive your order to send it back for a refund. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, just get in touch with us at info@manvura.com or through our Contact page with your order number and we’ll take it from there.

Please note — return postage costs are not covered unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Damaged?

If something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, drop us a line at info@manvura.com or through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery and we’ll sort it.
